Cami Miller is President of Commercial Management and Principal in Sherman Property Management. With over fifteen years of experience in commercial real estate, she has a proven track record of increasing NOI through management and delivering higher ROI to investors. Cami provides her clients with a seamless experience in the leasing, management and sale of their assets and investments. Cami is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), a designation earned only by 164 professionals in Pennsylvania.
As a CPM, Cami is a problem solver and wealth generator, who specializes in improving the value of commercial real estate investments. Cami has managed over four million square feet of commercial property in her career and is constantly working to grow and exceed expectations. As an owner, Cami is looking forward to placing focus on the goals of investors and to uphold her reputation for excellence.
Jeremiah Hamilton
President of Sales and Leasing, Principal
Jeremiah Hamilton specializes in sales and leasing and is a Principal in Sherman Commercial Property Management. With over fifteen years of experience representing landlords and tenants across the northeast, he specializes in prominent markets in Pennsylvania, Delaware, West Virginia and Maryland.
As an accomplished broker he has represented national tenants such as Harbor Freight Tools, Grocery Outlet, Verizon, Jersey Mike’s and Starbucks. His extensive knowledge and ability to think outside of the box allows him to connect parties and has provided many unique opportunities for landlords, tenants, and developers. As an owner, Jeremiah is looking to further build relationships and continue brokering creative real estate deals.
Rachael Carbaugh
Property Manager
Rachael provides support and administrative services to our clients and tenants throughout Central Pennsylvania, as well as supporting our commercial sales and leasing division.
Prior to joining Sherman Commercial, Rachael was an operations support analyst for a fortune 500 insurance company and has a natural drive for communication, clear expectations, and customer service.
Rachael thrives on building both personal and professional relationships while working with our clients
In her free time, Rachael enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with their two dogs and cat.
Barbara Laird
Contract Manager
Barbara Laird provides support and administrative services to our clients and business Tenants throughout Lancaster County. As a Lancaster City resident, one of the elements Barb enjoys most in her role is being part of helping local small businesses thrive by serving their property management needs, as well as being a customer of her friends and neighbors in the community.
Barb works in our Lancaster office and walks to work. She loves the diversity and vibrancy of Lancaster City and County. On the personal side, she is a retired Zumba Fitness Instructor, loves Latin dance and music, art, and volunteers in the community with agencies that focus on developing and empowering underserved youth.
